TERMS & CONDITIONS

Estimated Ship Date: MID-APRIL 2026 (weather dependant)

All our tubers are grown on our farm in Sandy Hook, Connecticut, and are cared for with love by Farmer John and Catherine. We do not resell tubers from other companies or import Dahlia tubers to resell, ensuring you receive exactly what you have ordered when purchasing from us. Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Each dahlia tuber purchased will be for ONE dahlia tuber, which we fully guarantee to be true to name. Each tuber will have at least one viable eye but may be dormant when shipped. The eye may take 7-14 days to warm up and become more visible. We are not responsible for customer negligence, weather conditions, rodent damage, winter storage, or the performance of plants in subsequent seasons. Dahlias should emerge through the soil within 3-5 weeks; if they do not, please dig them up and send a photo of the tuber through the Contact Us form on our webpage or to oldreddingfarm@gmail.com so we can assist you further. A tuber that fails to sprout must be reported no later than August 1st of the same growing season, photos will be required. All other concerns regarding your growing dahlias must be reported by October 1st of the same growing season. Please do not dispose of any plants until you have contacted us. We reserve the right to request the return of any failed dahlia(s) before refunds are issued. If a tuber has failed to sprout, a refund will be offered for the price of the tuber. We are not liable for more than the purchase price of the failed tuber(s) and do not include shipping and handling in the refunded amount.

As the American Dahlia Society recommends, we have procedures in place when handling and processing all our tubers to ensure that tools are sterilized between each clump. We do inspect all plants for signs of disease, but we do not guarantee your plants to be disease free as pests, water and soil can all contain viruses and bacteria commonly found in dahlias.
